I've been fairly inactive lately, so let me clarify what I think most of you are having issues with:
The MDDA version REQUIRES this mod to be loaded AFTER the main MDDA plugin AND after the main Animated Dragon Wings plugin. Otherwise odds are that the wings and/or tail WILL NOT BE REMOVED by the "Soul Dispersal" spell from this mod. This is due to the fact that my mod utilizes keywords added by both mods and if they aren't loaded first, it can't see and use those keywords in its spells!
If you really aren't sure how to set up a load order, I HIGHLY recommend you use LOOT to do it for you! It will intelligently scan all mods in your load order and arrange them in the LEAST conflicting manor!
[UPDATE + WARNING]: Apparently the problems people have been experiencing with "More Draconic Dragon Aspect" are due to him keeping separate plugins (.esp's) for each "color". I can only assume the problems are due to the records being different between the versions.
I will not be making a version of this mod for every color, so UNLESS YOU USE THE SAME COLORS I CHOSE, DO NOT USE THE "MORE DRACONIC ASPECT" VERSION OF THIS MOD!!! I did go over HOW I made this mod in the comments section *somewhere*, though, so feel free to make you own versions for the color you'd prefer...
This also explains why I was never able to reproduce these errors...
Alright, from now on I reserve the right to delete posts saying dumb stuff like "Help! It won't work!".
I have explained TIME AND TIME AGAIN that BECAUSE "MDDA" uses different plugin files for each wing color, apparently my patch for that mod will *ONLY* work for the color you can see above in the screenshots.
I have also detailed exactly HOW I made said patch, so if you REALLY want another color - go make the patch yourself ffs. I am not really playing much Skyrim right now, and don't have much motivation to make a separate patch for ALL the MANY colors that "MDDA" provides...
I was trying to read the instructions for make the mod compatible with another colors but the topic was deleted I guess? I just want to use the "default" color with MDDA, that's all, not another custom color. But I don't know how to do it. The instructions aren't there anymore.
How do you toggle it off? I tried using this mod a year ago too and could never figure it out. If i used the shout again it just re-activates and the textures screw up. It can't be turned off.
Uh, I forget the names the installer used. It's been a loooong time lol.
Red and black are the two colors in the wings I used. If you need more help than that, you can post a screenshot of the installer here and I'd be more than happy to tell you which one it is! :]
Instructions on how to convert this mod to another color can be found here.
I have no experience with "Dragon Aspect Enhancement", so I can't say if it could be causing a conflict. If you're concerned that it is, trying moving its plugin higher in your load order than the plugin from this mod.
Hey, thanks, unfortunately I have no idea how to use Te5edit and I wouldn't think its just as simple as deleting the wing files for the variant I wanted. Dragon Aspect Enhancement works for the first shout, but goes on the normal cooldown, using the shout again changes it back to the 'default' one and interaction seems to be bugged in general. I really appreciate the help, though I think for now I'm just going to use a workaround of removing the once-per-day limitation of the shout and re-use it whenever.
how do I make it compatible with whatever color you want? I know you said it's somewhere in the comments but I think that you posted that a long time ago?
I prefer having JUST the armor version of More Draconic. But at the same time I'm using the Powered version (theyre not the same I assure you). Can I install the vanilla version fine?

I added a lesser power to remove the effects.

You can always try it out yourself and see. ;]

For those of us who are idiots, Does this only work with the basic coloration?
I've explained how to make it compatible with other colors, but I really don't have the time to work on this mod anymore, sorry.
Why don't you test it out and tell ME if it's working or not? n.nU
