I love this mod, you've kept true to the vanilla Uthgerd. She is perfect for my role play and current character's story. I haven't noticed a neck seam issue, but then I've kept her in her own armor so far. Thank you for the wonderful work! This is a thankfully discovered gem. Endorsed.
Well, i'm going to post a image for reference, i guess it's the skin tone that was changed, so it either the body that lacks a fix, or the head should match the vanilla body color by default. i used enhaced character edit (As a noob i am, it was obvious i could do 1% near to your) but still, the dirty could be added to avoid the clean skin look. I do like the new hair type, but if you have the time, make a alternate version with the classic vanilla.
No she looks battle worn and hardened. Your version looks like a mad teenager that thinks her parents treat her unfairly. If anything your version looks like a frail child while the vanilla version looks like a fierce warrior that will knock you off your socks.
My apologies if you did not like this, I am still working on an alternate version with dirt/warpaint which should hopefully make her look more battle hardened (I can see what you mean) but I am currently having issues with the creation kit and warpaint. As this is my first mod please bear with me as I am still a rookie!
Guys, stop being so damn rude. I too think Uthgerd didn't exactly look battle-hardened, vanilla-wise. This mod, while not making her LOOK stronger, makes her look less frail than she used to (if you put vanilla Uthgerd in something other than Steel Plate Armor (such as a farmer's tunic), she would look almost as weak as Fianna, really).
Ceolwulff, I wasn't trying to be rude or judgmental, I was just curious about your thought process on that. If you think she looks stronger now, then that is what is important. And regardless of whether or not I think she looks stronger this way, she definitely look good.
My only gripe would be with this being in the immersion category.

None offence was taken in fact I even welcome any criticism (think I said something in the "Notes" section, I thank you for the kind words and criticism and I completely understand what you mean (its my bad wording, as in stronger I meant more capable not as elderly and frail so really you are not at fault).
I feel that this just about fits in "immersion" due to an effort to make her seem more realistic as in a 50+ warrior would probably retired from war let alone hauling loot across the province however I may consider moving it if others feel that it would be better some place else.

Never apologise if other people dont like your work, the fact that you made the effort to create something for the community is all that matters. I quite like your version of Uthgerd, it is most likely how she looked when she was younger. Whether or not the original or your version looks tougher is immaterial. One thing i have learned after 20+ years in Martial Arts is never judge a book by its cover... better to let your enemies do that. Thank you for your mod.
to me, the only thing that have might needed, was a soft complexion. (4) that would add some simple dirt to her face, but to be honest, so far, your mod has been the best facelift. i know some people will keep keep crying about, not being 100%, but hell, almost all the others give her baby/barbie face, your one, at least make she looks like a strong warrior at her 35. i did like it.
You call her an old woman which I find incredibly offensive. She's probably only in her 30s. How do you claim making every character in a game a milennial is realistic? You think people retire and die of old age when they turn 30? I'm sorry but the real world doesn't work like that. Maybe one day you'll get to be that age and you'll get called old and then you'll understand.
Nice job on this. I like the fact that she still looks like herself but just more healthy and younger. Thanks for not making her a "glamazon" like many other mods.
