Thank God and thank you, Mr BorderWise for making this. I have always loved the look of Skyrim's iron equipment, and equally hated the looks of Daedric and dragon rubbish you must use at later levels. I've been looking for this, or something like this, for a year. Absolutely wonderful if this works, downloading it now.
i also have a distaste for the daedric weapons (and armor) used by skyrim and the general paddles that pass for swords in both skyrim and warcraft, to solve the paddle issue i used http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/39870/?
but, i find the daedric weapons to still not cut it for me, after a google search i saw a beautiful set of daedric weapon models, the ones from morrowind, if someone with the skill could convert those to be used in skyrim i think it would be a big hit.
lastly, i do like using the early game, and vastly underused, models for a higher level armor i would say this: the iron could stand to be given a darker texture to show the sinister daedric influence on it
Firstly, apologies for the late reply. Secondly, thank you for the intelligent nd insightful comment. Thirdly, as I pointed out in the description I wouldn't know how to retexture a chicken's bum if was already plucked for me. Instead I make do with the aMidianBorn Book of Silence textures since they're way better than anything I could ever come up with anyway.
I agree, some weapons in Skyrim are a little ... extravagant. Nice work. Still, the weapons here are better than the ones in WoW; I grew up with Warcraft but after WC3 Blizzard kinda killed by beloved High Fantasy universe.
