   Could you get the same effect by using the command player.setav healrate 0? Or possibly healratemult?

      I used to use the same thing, but after about level 43 it came back and would not go away no matter what I typed in the command console. So i made this
      I highly recommend combining this with the BAT file I provided just to cover any possible leaks.

      You're welcome, let me know if it does come back.
      It shouldn't though, I got up to level 63 in my game so you should be okay all the way up to 81.
