OOOOOH! Now if only it worked for mods. I'd tear EVERYTHING up with my two Dawnbreaker greatswords. (Light sword mod retextures original and adds two handed version.)
idk why you have nooo description but i have an idea, instead of just replacing the equip type of the great swords, how about adding a perk in the 2handed skill tree that allows you to wield great swords in one hand/dual wield, but only if they have that perk, makes it a little more interesting
If you unpack the BSA and find the corresponding meshes to the greatswords, I believe you could make a copy of said meshes but give a different name. You could make it think you are adding your own custom meshes but you are really just using the original. I don't know the process of adding custom weapons to Skyrim but following that path should make it work.
The file you have in your zip is not anything usable. It's just a blank file type. You need to upload your .esp file.
I downloaded this to verify your issue, but cannot since it isn't an actual mod file. For your one handed versions that are showing up as their longsword counterparts, you probably just need to change the first person model association. It's in the weapon information, in the art sub category.
Hmm, weird, I'll look into it. As for them showing up as their one handed counterparts, this was the only way I could do it (still looking into it), because otherwise, if it used the standard greatsword model, the sword in the right hand was always invisible (even if not duel wielding).
