   WOW REALLY REALLY BROKEN!! I tried the gloves and tried the enchantment either way it would not let me attack no matter how many times i tried it wouldnt let me do anything. Would really love this, to bad its glitched :*(

   I found the problem with this being overpowered. It's not increasing the weapon speed by a percentage, it's multiplying the weapon speed by the number. a 4% increase in weapon speed is actually a 4x multiplier.

   Maybe you should put the gloves somewhere in riften or something, Like in the ratway warrens.
