I'm using Respawn version. How fast should enemies respawn? I assume they should use general respawn timer, which I can set via Requiem MCM?
EDIT: This is definitely not a low level route, lol. I got bunch of vampires and ebony vampire as well. Loot is quite generous, too.
Sadly I keep getting a persistent CTD around 5 seconds after entering the third level. Whether or not I do anything in this new cell - I crash and cannot proceed. I have no idea what's causing it though... Here's my loadorder, it's built around Requiem v2.0.2:

EDIT2: I somehow managed to fix this. I installed Scarcity and re-made Reqtificator patch. My best guess is there was some incompatible item that CTD-ed my game when loading in a new cell and Scarcity just removed it??
question before installing, does the HH Alternate Route no Respawn plugin respawn only foes without loot after a while, automatically? or if i willingly do a resetinterior cheat before re-entering cave?
or enemies never pop up again unless I install the HH Alternate Route Respawn version??

I see Well I added the 3 HH-cells to Skyrim Underground so I'm not planning any updates of this mod. But an easy way to do what you suggested is to use TES5Edit and change the containers to no reset.
Man, increase the shout cooldown for the Ancient Greybeards in Old Hrothgar, they are too fast and there are too many of them, I was gang-raped by their voice... I'm not even standing properly before they shout me again.
And they still chase me even after I escaped to the cavern... They literally shouted me out of the map and straight to the near exit lol

Note: The enemies in the third cave can be tough at lower levels. Use some followers for an easier life.
