Just to say thank you Lazz! This is my favorite place to be in all of Skyrim, in 2023!
I'm one of the ones that used to love being in her Garrison in World of Warcraft, for it's tranquility and zen feel (on the Alliance side I mean, of course!), and this castle brings back to me this nice feel.
I'm gonna customize it a bit to put some auto sorting stuff here and there, and see if I can add more beds for even more followers! I love my harem ;)
Well in resume, it was just to thank you, it feels good to be in this castle, and with my Hylios's female mannequin mod, it looks even better! When I'm done putting on them all the marvelous custom armors of NINI and COCO for example, I'll see how the armory is gonna fare, or if I'm gonna have some CTD.
it was working well but now I can't enter the barracks. it crashes everytime. it also crashes in armory, huge FPS drop happens. I don't think you will fix it because it is last updated in 2015 but could you fix it.
That's a memory problem GPU and Ram, in my old laptop 8GB ram 2Gb GPU the game crash every once in a while in this castle, but in my new desktop runs smoothie. Skyrim is one of those demanding PC games that requires a lot more of the official requirement. But this modder has a lot of other player homes "memory friendly"
...Or you can just delete all mannequins there using CK, quite simple
This is one of my top 5 loved castles, and this one takes the cake for the BEST Caribbean blue water pools which run throughout this mod. I still dream of my character swimming in those waters. I was so jealous it wasn't me taking a dip. Unfortunately, like many have commented below, the reason I and all my followers (most being custom followers, roughly 10 in total) had to leave was because of CTDs. They kept getting worse. I am not sure if it was the scripts of the IAFT as the followers did their thing, or all the waterfalls (don't chose the mannequin option, that will only add to the problem) which are many. It could also be that it is just a highly detailed space. It is a shame. I know the author hasn't updated since 2015 so little chance of anything to change most likely. Still, worth looking at, especially the vampire quarters in the cellar, also one of the best.
I do use the author's mod Winterstone Castle for my vampires, although darker in theme and less Caribbean blue waters, it has only occasional CTD's and a really cool castle as well. You might want to check that one out.

hello Lazz, after years of use i suddenly can not go to the undercroft anymore. Everytime i tried=CTD. Tried several load orders but to no aveil... Is there a way to solve this with an coc command and if so what would be the correct code ? All the other cells are still working flawless...... Greetz from Ninove,Belgium Nevermind the reason was a follower inside the undercroft (ferdinand), after deleting him i had access to the cell again....

There is a spell book in the main bedroom's on the nightstand beside the bed.
