So I never much liked how certain spells like Raise Undead would simply stop working if you levelled beyond 40-50+. While I understand the need to cap spell effectiveness, it makes no sense to do this for the strongest spells, especially at Legendary character levels. I found one mod that sort of fixed this for a few spells, but it added some secondary features that I didn't really care for. So I decided to create my own mod instead.

This mod changes the magnitude of certain afflicted spells of the Conjuration, Illusion and Restoration schools so they still work on level 100 creatures and npc's. I selected only spells that meets the following three criteria:

1. Only the highest spell level available of a given spell type.
2. One Targeted and one Area of Effect version of each spell (sub)type. Some Expert and one Adept spell had to be included because of this.
3. 'Versions' of the same spell that include secondary spell effects.

Here's a detailed list of the spell effects that had their magnitude modified:

// Conjuration

Dread Thrall:
From 40 to 80 (100 with Necromage perk)

Dread Zombie:
From 30 to 80 (100 with Necromage perk)
- Added because Dread Thrall only works on people. Levelled creatures can still be turned with Dread Zombie.
- An Expert level spell, but I gave it the larger 80 bonus because dual casting Conjuration spells does not increase their magnitude.

// Illusion

! - Calculations were made with Animage instead of Kindred Mage in mind, as it gives the lower bonus of the two perks. It does mean that Illusion spells on NPC's will overshoot level 100 NPC's a little, but it shouldn't reallly pose a problem. I didn't see any reason to alter the Kindred Mage perk: it would have made little practical difference while creating potential conflicts with mods that alter perks.

Mayhem:
Frenzy AoE: from 25 to 80 (100 with Animage + Rage perks)

Hysteria:
Flee AoE: from 25 to 82 (100 with Animage + Aspect of Terror perks)

Harmony:
Beloved AoE: from 25 to 84 (100 with Animage + Hypnotic Gaze perks)

Frenzy:
Targeted Frenzy: from 14 to 26 (100 with Animage + Rage + x2.2 Dualcasting bonus)
-The only targeted Frenzy spell happens to be an Adept level spell. Odd, but I had no choice but to include it as there is no Expert or Master Targeted Frenzy.

Rout:
Targeted Flee: from 20 to 28 (100 with Animage + Aspect of Terror + x2.2 Dualcasting bonus)

Pacify:
Targeted Beloved: from 20 to 30 (100 with Animage + Hypnotic Gaze + x2.2 Dualcasting bonus)

Frenzy Rune:
Frenzy 'mine': now included with the optional file. Dragonborn DLC required. Changed from 20 to 80 (100 with Necromage perk)

// Restoration

Guardian Circle:
Turn Undead AoE: from 35 to 80 (100 with necromage perk)

Bane of the Undead:
Turn Undead AoE: from 30 to 80 (100 with Necromage perk)
- included because it's also a Master level spell, with a slightly different spell effect

Turn Greater Undead:
Targeted Turn Undead: from 21 to 37 (100 with Necromage perk + x2.2 Dualcasting bonus)

Repel Undead:
'AoE-ish' Turn Undead: from 16 to 37 (100 with Necromage perk + x2.2 Dualcasting bonus)
- Added because of the slightly atypical Area of Effect.

Note that most are Master level AoE spells that cannot be dual-cast, so they receive a relatively larger bonus than the Expert spells, which tend to all be targeted.
