This is a light script-free combat mod and difficulty increaser. This mod makes combat more dangerous and unforgiving. Guards Attack Hostiles mod is now integrated. See the Change Log on the Description Page for details. All-in-One version.

Base Game Version - No DLCs required! Only use this version if you don't own Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Now non-DLC users can take advantage of the Combat Evolved experience! Guards Attack Hostiles mod is now integrated.

This is the modular version of Combat Evolved. Players can now pick and choose which modules they wish to install. Helpful for those running other overhauls that may conflict with certain features of Combat Evolved. Includes an fomod installer. Guards Attack Hostiles mod is not included and must be downloaded separately.

Guards will be aggressive against bandits, assassins, thugs, and nearly all enemies that are hostile to the player and Skyrim residents. New: Removed some unnecessary quest factions and added a few. This should be the last version before it gets integrated into the next release of Combat Evolved.

This patch fixes several AI bugs with Giants when using Perma. Fixes Giants fleeing when attacked bug. Also fixes the club sound to use blunt instead of blade. Small improvements to Giants to make them tougher and more deadly (realistic). Mod must be placed AFTER PatchusMaximus.esp in order to work properly! New: Updated to include the latest PCaPP and Perma version. Fixed Giant aggression issue. Patch not needed if not using Perma. PCaPP is optional and not required for this mod to work, although recommended. PCaPP fixes this bug in versions 1.8 or newer for most players. Patch not needed if using Animal Tweaks 2.0 or newer.
