If I may ask the question, do you have the permission of boris to directly put the d3d9.dll in here? I thought the only way you were allowed to get the binaries was via his website?

Hi, ENB's shouldn't affect your fps by that much, no idea what the problem is, sorry.

Smeagle, it goes "loose" in the Skyrim folder. On the same page as all the little icons for your data folder etc. but not into any of them. If you want to drag it - stick it below them.

Thankyou so much for this Craig. I've tried enbs for a long time, from the cutting edge to the simplest, but this is the 1 for me. Visually, it's like Skyrim with a gorgeous shadow system. It keeps the default game's palette beautifully and allows a little expansion due to the beautiful curves in shadows and colours. None of that saturated muck. Makes EVERYTHING, look incredible. If Bethesda had made a "proper" pc version of Skyrim this is the way I picture it.

I advise tweaking brightness to those downloading as suggested. + 2-4 "notches" for crazy realism for me.

    Thankyou so much.

yea you pretty much got it all right. One thing though, ENB does get updated and i assume new improvements are made. Perhaps you can at least update the mod to newest ENB version, maybe there's performance improvements, etc that come with it.

Oh last thing, for people with low fps, try turning off the fxaa part of the injector, i got a 10 fps boost from it, went from low 30's to 40's. 4870 here.

@luniac I check this page daily, there's nothing really more I can do to this mod! It gives me my desired look for Skyrim! The only thing I can do now is bug fixes.
