I've been looking for a mod like this as well. Thank you! I have found a few mods that address a couple of pieces, but not the entire Dwemer set. I found one other weight reduction mod that covers a number of things in one esp, including Dwemer "cogs" only. I'm hoping this doesn't conflict with that one. If it does, I'll stick with your's and piece together the other items through other mods.

This is one of those things that I don't even realize that I need until I happen to stumble across it on the Nexus. Thank you so much for this! It's always been a b&@*$ carrying around all that Dwarven scrap metal!
I'm glad I could help. I was looking for a mod like this myself and couldn't find one. I asked in the Nexusmods chat room if making a mod like this was simple to do and it turns out it is pretty simple. It was just changing the numbers in the files. I used these guides to do it:
