okay no way in hell this mod works with requiem 4.0.1 like i'm not even gonna bother trying to use it with req but it would be pretty cool if the author (or someone else) could update this mod! something tells me they abandonded it a while ago tho...

and also if someone with actual tangible modding experience could let me know if this mod would f*ck everything up if installed in a game after attaining lichdom that would be great cause i'm just about to start the undeath playthrough when writing this and i doubt an update would be done that quickly...

i'm honestly not expecting an answer to this post (ever) but it's worth a shot right?

Big question, how does the Lich transformation affect Requiem balance? The one reason why I haven't tried out this mod is that it seems really OP, but if it's similar in strength to the vampire lord and has the same amount of difficulty in obtaining the transformation, I might use this patch and mod.

Lichform is probably your ultimate lategame fun thing to freshen up or spice up your lategame a bit... which in requiem is piss easy no matter what. So yea ofc its quite OP but so are most of requiem endgame tools like conjuration >75, few stacks of poisons that take down dragons in a matter of seconds just to name few. Dont worry about OP, just don't rush toward getting it, consider it a cherry on top for your necromancer playthrough

I think there is a conflict between the 3 soul cairn spells (conjure boneman/mistman/warthman) and Undeath. If I use only Undeath without your patch there name reverte to the original, there cost is no more the same and the duration of sesummon is a way to long. If I use your patch the requiem name and the cost are restorded BUT not the summon duration who is still a way to long.
Moreover, when I take the "dark pact" benediction the pact seem to not considere the 3 soul cairn spells like undead...that's not very logical to me. I search on UESP and skyrim wiki and they both say that's the soul cairn spells are considere like undead in vanilla.
But Maybe it's intended like thats by Undeath...so let me now.
    Thanks for your work.

Using your Undeath Racefix mod and this one, I get an error message from Requiem stating that either the vanilla races got their hp regen reseted, or a new race was not set up properly. There is a chance that this is a false positive error message, hence is the option to turn it off.

However I'd like to ask: Have you made the necessery adjustments to the new lich versions of vanilla races, so that this part can be also compatible with Requiem?

The undead race fix mod was not created for Requiem, if you are familiar with the CK you can remove that healing rate from the race's yourself.

So with this patch I require the heavy armor perks in requiem to function correctly?

    Tx12001,
Are there any plans to update the patch to mesh with the 1.8 Requiem update? Great mod, btw. I was looking for something for my darker character and Undeath did the trick.

I am curious of the same thing. If all things fail, I am tempted to learn how to use the Creation Kit just so I can mod Undeath for Requiem myself. I love the idea of having the Lich as a viable and balanced option like how Werewolves and Vampires are in Requiem.

What makes you think this patch won't work with 1.8? all this patch does is give the NPC Lich's some requiem perks and adjusts the health and magicka values, as well as upping the damage that the player will deal as well as a few smaller changes that better fit requiem's style, not all patches needed to be updated as this patch only touched things that haven't changed since the mod was in version 1.7 and the changes between 1.73 and 1.8 were not that great.

Also I no longer use Requiem especially after seeing as how it is catered to "Mortal" characters and incompatible with almost every mod as it touches everything and I simply "Hated" the Vampire and werewolf systems in it and how the 1.8 update had stopped my saves from functioning, saves which I have had for over 1 year that were completed games so I had no intention or restarting, I also found that the mod author of Requiem uses one to many scripts for functions that I could get working simply by just using keywords and he does not seem to bother with getting rid of them despite the fact half of them are not even used, It's why I started creating my own overhaul mods.

Patch doesn't seem to work. I've double-checked the load order and it's fine, just the patch isn't doing anything. I move a tiny bit faster in my lich form, but still nowhere close to normal run speed, and I still can't use the majority of my spells other than necromantic healing and thunderstorm. My character has high heavy armor skill and has all but the final battlemage perk, and is built around conjuration magic, not destruction magic.

Is this patch updated to include the mass system in Requiem 1.7? Because I had to remove my last Requiem patch on account of it not being updated to factor mass, and was basically making spells uncastable, which is what this looks to be.

Otherwise, it could be because my character isn't a destruction mage. Can you confirm if the destruction perks are necessary to make the lich spells worth using?

(edit: Also, I'm not seeing any perks. If it's supposed to pop up like vampire/werewolf perks do, the character menu still isn't working.)

      1. This Lich will move faster for short bursts if you hit the sprint button.

      2. I did not add the ability to use any more spells other then the 6 that antioch has provided the lich with.

      3. Requiem 1.7 is outdated, I made this mod with the 1.73 version in mind.

      4. You think this adds a perk tree?..read it again because it does not, perks that I added were to the the Lich Race itself not the player.

      5. The armor the Lich wears is classified as heavy armor and heavy armor ruins spell casting in requiem, perhaps you should turn off "heavy armor hinders spell casting"

What kind of perks? How to get them?
