LOL please never mess with the height. You don't know. There are 2 other mods that do. Then you can do anything, a mod making girls shorter, males taller. Nothing helps. Especially nord females, Vilja is a head taller. I'm reinstalling mods on a new PC, and I'm glad I remembered the name of your mod. Keep it like that please.
The reason LOOT does that is because as it is published here, the mod is a TES4 (Oblivion) mod and hasn't been updated for Oldrim as far as I can tell. I converted it for SSE and it's working fine there.
I think the author of this mod is dead or just not playing Skyrim (he managed to cure an addiction XD), he says nothing since August 2012, so really this mod was abandoned, unfortunately for fans of girls in high heels because these sandals are gorgeous. There will be no updates, unless someone else take the Mod and fix their problems and update it (with HDT Highheel System if possible)
As consolation I leave to you a couple of words to search in Google: "Heimu" and "CHAPI" if you are insightful not only find some nice high heels shoes, but also clothes and armor, very sexy, very shocking

I have used LOOT but,I only use it as a guide not the absolute know all.....................
I don't need any other mods to make use of this mod like you do for HDT Heels.
Been using this for years tho =) but had to delete.

Only thing is i'd like another option on the bottom of the heels other then Red, maybe more choices of colors.
