Bugfix for the crash with mo bug (some test code not removed correctly) + resizable panel

This tool has only been used by HooKmmerse which was a crappy proof of concept. PexGUI is aging yet still usable if someone create other plugins for it. you'll find the source of Pex, PexGUI and PexCLI. I'm still answering PMs if you wants to create one such plugin but don't know how to start
