      bDrawLandShadows=1
      bShadowsOnGrass=1
      
      Make sure your settings reflect these in your skyrimprefs.ini file. Don't worry about your Skyrim.ini file.

      Thanks for the feedback, let me know if you come across any issues. Performance for the most part should be alright if you keep SSAO and depth of field off. Let me know if you need assistance tweaking the enblocal file.
