There is a BUG : while using a light bow with quick shot perk,arrow will only travel few meters even though I completely draw the bow. Besides,crossbow reload speed also got sped up while using quick shot perk. sorry for my bad English XD
This mod does not touch bows in any way at all, it only alters the stats from NPO crossbows to make them compatible with ACE Archery. Anything you fired from a light bow was not affected by this mod at all. There is a bug in the Skyrim engine, though, where if you run out of ammo and the game automatically switches to a different ammo type, the very first shot with the new ammo type will not go very far. After that, it should go fine.
I also didn't change anything related to perks...whatever the Quick Shot perk does with crossbows is just a part of ACE Archery. I can only assume that it was intended to work that way.
