I'm afraid it's not. It needs a file or a mirror. Upload for example a higher-ql video file than what's on YouTube in the Files tab, and everybody still bickering about it would be trolling and could be disposed off. But the way it is right now we're forced to hide it for "no files or mirrors". And the simple text file for endorsement reasons doesn't count.

Anybody still trying to tell you different now, well, there's this little button under their avatars, if they're stepping across a line. The same feature they used to summon me here, actually, for this not being a "mod". A rather nonsensical reason inside the "Videos and trailers" category, but oh well. As far as staff is concerned all's fine now.
You're welcome to refer anybody further giving you trouble about this not being uploaded to the new Video Share section instead to me or other site staff. We've got a bunch of these since the Video Share's introduction lately, and one way or another people need to learn uploading files under this category instead still has its purpose.
