   All you have to do is find the cell/space you want him in in creation kit, then find his name and drag him into the spot you want, then save!

   This should have been available two weeks ago when I played as an orc.
   Besides that I think you should edit the how to get him part in the description, as far as I know the "b7", or the first two symbols in the ID depends on where the esp is located in your load order. Perhaps writing "Search the console for "help ugrash" and then the "player.placeatme" would work.

   try to search up some guides to get it as an npc u can get in a city or something cuz alot of lore friendly and even non lore friendly players love to use cheats...
