You can easily port the armor yourselves using Cathedral Assets Optimizer like Sorlomon suggested, or NifOptimizer like i did. It'll only take one minute. :)
There is no need for conversion just download it like normal but make sure you use nif organizer to upload the textures or you will get red missing textures or even will make your characters body invisible That's how I did it
You do not need a sse version It's simple Just download this on sse and use nif optimizer on the mod files and boom the textures will show properly No need for s sse conversion of this mod

Only thing I dislike about this mod is how THICC my male character is when wearing it when I'm literally skinny on the inside Overall good AC themed armor mod If anyone knows how to fix and have it weight adjustable with weight let me know please
Head west from Whiterun on road that goes by the ruined Western watchtower, when it switches over to the Forsworn area you're getting close. When the road gets close to a river/stream on your left you should see some ruins across it. Go to the ruins and fight/sneak your way up to the tippity-top. At the end of one of the aquaducts is a plank, jump off, land in water, corpse should be at bottom of pool.
There are images of a black/red re-texture among user posted images. Is that available somewhere to download or was that just something a person made privately?
I'm apparently never destined to find this armor, since I've looked around the bottom of every single waterfall in the area, and jumped off the main one five times trying to find it.
Thank you for this! I love, love, LOVE this armor! Even though I've never played any Assassin's Creed (Unfortunately, I'm an Elder Scrolls and Fallout player only) I adore this armor, and even if it's from other lore, it works perfectly in Skyrim. So once again, thank you, endorsed! =)

Instead of Nif Optimizer use Cathedral Assets Optimizer. And be sure to use SSE CreationKit Fixes.
