Been using this on my game for a while, decided to upload it after making a few new changes.
v2.0
New mage-friendly version. All changes from Main version, but also; Reduces Smithing skill required for Tradecraft and Weaving Mill to 25. Weaving Mill also requires 50 skill in Enchanting and the Apprentice perk in either Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, Illusion or Restoration.
v1.2
Changed Glass to require Leathercrafting instead of Advanced Techniques.
v1.1
Renamed Advanced Armors perk to Advanced Techniques. Corrected perk conditions on Advanced Techniques, requires 50 Smithing skill, Leathercraft & Principals of Smithing perks.
This work with CCOR? I ask because CCOR recommends Smithing Perks Overhaul Remade.I do not think Smithing Perks Overhaul Remade works with SkyRe though and yours will.
Working on a new version that's more mage friendly; Reduced Smithing skill required for Tradecraft & Weaving Mill to 25, Will also require 50 Enchanting skill, Apprentice perk in any school of magic.
Would you happen to know why I can't put a point into advanced armors? I have the pre-requisite perk and am the correct level (50) yet I can't put a point into it. I just used console to take off a perk point and put one in advanced armors but I was wondering if something was up with my download.
Simply amazing! Wish I had known about this mod sooner. Always bothered me having to invest so many perks in the Light Armor tree just so I can craft Dragonbone/scale gear. Thank you!
This mod should receive much more attention from SkyRe-Users. I just found it because I was looking at your mods for DIE I'm glad I stumbled upon this must-have addon.
Thank you Froz! I was expecting this one to move a bit better than it has, but I'm just happy people are enjoying it I'm doing a bit of pre-hype for DIE, wouldn't be against having a mod on Hot-Files
Still need 'Advanced armour' to create glass... what the... i download this because of elven->glass->dragon, and this didn't work. Why? is this how this mod works or bug? If this is how it work - there is no any sense for light armoury. You must take jewellery perk for it, then 'advanced' perk and then Glass... no way.
This is perfect for armors like IA Dragon Knight since it needs ebony and dragon smithing... and you basically needed to have both all left and right side perks on blacksmith to get that lol.
I went back and forth about releasing it for a while now (I made it back in April). The smithing tree works fine for just SkyRe, but once you start adding in a bunch of mods that require Advanced armors it starts to become a much more perk intense system, these two small changes make the system work better with weapon/armor mods like IA/W while not making the perks freebees.

SkyRe Compatibility and ReProccer Patches is not an explicit master, but this mod will fit in better if you use the patches from there.
