This house is really nice. Simple, clean, spacious. But I can't take my hoplite army or other NPCs into it. Only cheats. Still, good job, me give Endorsements PS: Really nicely done mammoth head.
I love everything about the house. Seeing it had a double bed I thought it would be spouse friendly. However no matter what I've tried, my spouse can't enter the house. A pity, I really like it.
Nice mod, I installed smelter into Riverwood (it appeared at Blacksmith house too, just on other side to make Rivenwood feel like true home What about making it upgradeable? Or purchasable? Also some container names start from small letter. It could have some quest - like you get house for bringing Golden Claw back to trader. Also no one knows, that you are dovakhin on start of game. So it should be named "Abadoned house" or named after someone who died in Helgen or someone else. :p You should remove Psilic armor or how it was called. Unless some novice wizard lived here.
* name changed from Dovahkiin's home in Riverwood to Arvel's house. * names of chests fixed * now with simple mini quest to earn the house (just note from Arver the Swift)
- you can find key in Bleak Falls Barrow (obviously Arvel have key from his house) - or if you was in Bleak Falls Barrow some time ago and so most probably corpse of Arvel the Swift is not there anymore then you can also find one copy of key in pocket of Lucan Valerius.
- one way or another you can use his house once you get the key
I can't help myself but i love sovngarde music theme although is true that even loading time is increased because of it. I am using this safe house and i create it because i like riverwood but increased loading time is something what is annoying for me. So i will change it back to default right now
-statue of Dibella removed (there is wall mounted candle now - useful for reading -default music theme -some magic effect under the sigil stone in corner

Two things though-
1.The interior music is fitting for the abode~ But can quickly get annoying.
2. The Statue of Dibella moves from it's place. Perhaps make it static?
