Thank you for giving us options! This works very well, no load lag, and offers a nicer room to look at. I have this coupled with Lakeview Extended, (which makes Lakeview a perfect place for me); mlrose's Enhanced Lakeview Manor - Entrance Hall; Shezrie's Hearthfire Kitchens and Greenhouses (for Lakeview); Hearthfire Basement mod (which is awesome, because it connects to all Hearthfire houses across the lands); and Jaxonz Positioner and they all work well together at Lakeview.
Excellent! This adds beds for followers without taking up space in the whole basement!The "noble" furnishings match the rest of the house so it "looks right". I assume there was a coffin in the older version as there is nothing in the secret room now. Great place to have a bunch of loot chests or a small crypt with a few coffins. As an other suggested, it would be nice to have this in Heljarchem Hall and Winstead Manor. Possibly with a second door at the rear of the secret room as an "escape" route. At that period, it was always wise to have some sort of escape route incase the manor became overrun with bandits or when the "war" came to the manor. At least the dragonborn, followers, and family had a way out unseen by the warring faction or bandits. Better to "live to fight another day"!! In any event this mod certainly is a welcome addition, Thank You!
The coffin is only there if you are a vampire and if you tell your steward to construct one, or maybe its through that construction bench in the basement, I'm not sure since I never played as vampire before. If you have done this before installing the mod then the coffin will probably block the entrance since it will still be at its old location, to fix this you need to leave that interior and wait 40+ days so that it can reset to its new position.

I stopped playing for a while (broken PC), and now I would still have this mod. I redo a new game and I'll take your mod because I find the beds a lot better. I love it so much that I wish I had also to other houses. Some modders have made versions of their model for other houses. Could you please do it for Hjerim and Windstad. I know nothing about modding and CK to do. I do not know if this is difficult but if possible I would love to. Again thank you and of course I agree.
I will see what I can do, however I need to get permission from the other modders if you are asking me to make a version of another modders mod. If you are asking for the Vanilla version that I can do, may take some time though I am busy in RL.

Only issue I'm having is with the coffin that is blocking the path to this mod's room.
