I like this, but I was wondering if you could do a version that has Vilkas with his original hair. I'm not a huge fan of the one you chose to use. If not, that's ok. =)
I actually hate his original hair. You can alter it in the Creation Kit on your own if you like. I don't know if I will make a version with a different hairstyle or not. Perhaps eventually. I've been swamped with RL, so modding has been on the back burner.
Hey! I love this Vilkas mod. I do have a slight problem though, that perhaps you can answer. I've downloaded it and nothing has changed. I use the download with Nexus. Any advice?
Make sure that the esp is in your Data folder, and make sure that my meshes/textures are merged with the meshes/textures in your Data folder. Also, make sure that you have the correct Apachii hair pack installed. As long as you do that (and you have no other mods altering Vilkas), my changes should appear.
I had a problem with the file missing a master file for the apachii hair...but I have apachii hair that is needed. Sadly, I don't even know how to add a master file to it...And a really really really want your sexy Vilkas...I always choose him as a husband too...Help a noob please? ^_^;
Make sure you have the male standalone pack from Apachii Hair (ApachiiSkyHairMale_v_1_2). I also uploaded a TES5Edit cleaned file today that clears up an issue with an unnecessary master file. However, you still need the proper Apachii hair pack for him to work. Let me know if it works.
Just few minutes ago I saw your Farkas mod and thought: "oh my, he is awesome, but again Vilkas will not look the same". Well, that's just what bothered me every time when I saw mod that changed their appearance. I even wanted to add a comment and ask you to change Vilkas as well. And here it is! Unfortunately, now I am not playing Skyrim and I can't test your mods. But you just must know that they are absolutely awesome! If I will have an opportunity to try them out, I will endorse both of them.
Thanks so much! It would bother me too if the twins didn't look the same, so I just had to change them both. I hope you get a chance to try them out at some point. They are even more amazing-looking in the game.
