    Thank you very much! This is the best starter house I've found. Other houses have all these weapon racks, alchemy tables and other comforts, but I wanted a really modest and small house like this one. This is a truly starter place to live!

    This is bullcrap. I dragged the .esp into the data folder, but I can't find the house.
