Please, release an 1K version.. All Tree LODs i've seen are so Dark and some trees are missing ( i mean some trees are brown but tree lods are Dark Green)
What a mess, can you release this will all Vanilla Trees in 1K? dat would be awesome...

Please, do make a version for skyrim flora overhaul 2.0! Ii would be so awesome! I think you've got the potential to make a very popular mod, since very many people are complaining about black/dark LODs with Skyrim flora overhaul 2.0.

Good idea, I will consider making it, even though I'm not a big fan of SFO

LOD trees become much too bright for PureVision ENB (i.e. the RealVision version adapted for Pure Weather). If you're using PureVision, just stick with the original textures by an old friend. However confirming this fix works for RealVision. In fact, works well with most Climates of Tamriel based ENBs. Endorsed since it does what its advertised to do (i.e. fix for RealVision ENB users).

Looks good, is this compatible with Skyrim Flora overhaul?

Only with the basic edition since the other ones change the tree LOD, but I might make a version for SFO as well.

Oh, that would be mighty fine
I use the latest version of SFO 2.0 and unfortunately get very dark tree LODs with it, too. Almost as bad as without SFO and with AoF Tree LODs back then :/ Strangely, I only had the "darkness" problem with the 4K version of AoF Tree LODs, the 2K version looked normal... *question mark above head*

How does this effect the performance vs quality ratio? I'm a bit confused when I look at the screenshot difference. Is this a fix that is solely for aesthetics or does it have other side effects and/or benefits?

The tree LOD resolution is 2k, so it's 4x the default resolution, this is for ENB users, so if you can run ENBs you can run this.

Not quite the answer I was looking for. I'm an ENB user, I user various presets depending on my whim at the time. What I'm asking is does this fix improve anything other than "aesthetics" or does it come with any hits to performance and/or benefits? Please explain why I want this fix and what the performance to quality ratio is compared to using the same ENB's I already use, but without using this fix.

      Cheers mate!

You won't have any performance loss, it's just asthetics. This doens't modify the ENB, you can use it with any ENB (although they have different results as I designed the fix for RealVision)
