Mod has been revamped and has a new esp.I left the chest at the skyforge since the new esp will require you to recraft the weapons.The runes on the blade now have animated textures and there is now a greatsword version aswell as non enchanted (enchantable) version as an optional esp. I cleaned up the dagger mesh and included left hand meshes for ppl who use Dual sheath redux and now how to use the skyproc patcher. I'll add optional meshes with the original white runes for those who don't like the glowing animated runes and probbly a sheathed version of the longsword later.Still stumped on the glow on the runes...they appear brighter in light than they do in the dark,if anyone knows how to fix that let me know plz=) No dirty edits in this one...that i can see. Let me know what you think about the rune changes.
2014, what a shame, it would have been great to be able to request a version that did not have the enchantment of the Daedric weapon in the 2handed, it takes away the beauty of the design by having that enchantment on, thank you anyway. edit: wow, I didn't see the files below, there is a disenchanted edition, thank you very much
"nothing fancy" you should really give yourself some more credit, cause this mod is badass. the design and detail are amazing, and unlike allot of weapon mods ive seen this one fits right in, as if it was supossed to be part of the game. Thank you for your work.
Not sure if you know this but you can craft all of your swords for free without any items using the staff enchanter table in the Telvani mushroom house in dragonborn
I have swords on back and currently beating my face on the keyboard trying to get it to work with dual sheath redux.....I'm clearly misunderstanding something=/
What do you use to make your DSR patch, the DSR patcher itself or SUM ?!? I'm asking because if you use the DSR patcher, it'll run BOSS, or LOOT, before making the patch, and since BOSS doesn't recognize the plugin, it'll not be added to the patch, so, if you have a consistent load order, you can use SUM to make the patch for you and you can also disable the option to run BOSS before making the patch, this way the patch will add the unknown plugin to the patch list, and problem solved, that's how I do it !!!
The reborn scabbard isnt appearing on my back when i use it in the left hand. It does when it is in the right. I believe that is what Trumpdog is commenting on as well. I was under the impression that SUM was for running multiple patchers but i only have one which is for the DSR. That author said one would have to rerun the patcher when changes to the weapons where made. I did that, multiple times, going as far as trying to uninstall the DSR and reinstalling after installing your mod. And still the scabbard refuses to show when held in the left hand. The original's shows but not this one's.
I can see meshes exist for the left hand in Datameshesweaponsmehrunesrazor but none are marked sheathLeft. I dont know much about modding with skyrim but are those marked left for the actual sword/dagger or the sheath. I notice the sword didnt have a sheath even when in my right hand but has a mesh marked ...swordleft. Does this mean there is no left hand sheath?
I will keep trying but regardless this mod looks amazing. And i knew i had to have it installed as soon as i saw it. Keep up the good work.
