I crafted all other ones but I didnt had centurion core to make heart one, after many many levels after i got one but when i went to craft it there was no option in crafting menu but there was recipe for Impulse, advanced and aetherium heart implant but not for the 1st one.
any help?

Im and idiot... you craft 1st tier at forge and then upgrade it in that special table...
There is no Heart implant (1 comment)
