Wow, i really like the feel of the place. Your mod encouraged me to open the ck for the first time. I'm working/learning to add a cavern entrance leading to a open roof cave where there will be doors for the future house. Thanks
well , thank you ... it s my first walkthrough in the open !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , i feel good . just arrived by ship to solitude using lal ... went there and ............. boom found a drake nearby (a type of dragon from the belliache mod) not near anough to agro him tho. but he is there always looking at me crafting planting and woodchopping ha ha it s nice ......... i also use dragons in the wild and there is a badass erso myghty dragon nearby too , thanks god not enough to agro this one either because this one would be really impossible before levl 20 or something like that ... i think that you intend to add a bridge and that would be great ... but maybe you can add a couple of hunters with some extra money to trade ? !!! it would be awsome if you do ... and yeah ... a guarding dog . regards .
indeed i am testing to add a bridge and some more features / little things. However, right now i am not really satisfied with the results i came up with, thus it will take a while until it looks and works decently.
A "Guarddog" is allready possible with Follower Mods which can set a new Home to followers. Briefly tested it with Vigilance and it seems to work ok. Will test it further once i get the bridge builded :-)
Thanks for sharing this Info. Can you tell me where those Thalmors spawn exactly ? Directly in the Camp or in any adjacent Area ? Just wondering as i know that there is a Random Encounter Zone just not far from the Camp to the east across the River.
Where is this Thalmor mod? I cannot find anything by the name or starlitegirl on Nexus. The fun part of living outdoor is surprise attacks and I would definitely want to use this camp if it is located in a hot zone.
yeah deffo a mistake on my side. My Mod should only alter the Area around Chillwind Depths. Cant say right now why Anise Cabine area shows modification !?. prolly i was looking around the map and un-intentionally move / clicked something. ill have a look and see if and what got modified and in which way. Thanks for bringin this up..

Update: ---------------- i just checked my latest Version with the CK. Anises Cabin (exterior) shows no modification. Anises Cabin (interior) is marked as modified but none of the used Resources there are marked. It might be that my Duplication of this Interior Cell caused this. I am using a renamed copy of this Cell as a utility Cell for my Mod.
Thanks for the Ideas. There is not much room for expanding the Camp in the Worldspace without moving the Mountains or extending further into the River. Dont think that makes sense, since the purpose was to add a small camp and not a Stronghold. The Bridge and the Smelter however i am going to add in one of the next Versions.
I know that there are no-respawning barrels in the CK, but it was my intention to do it this way. It was more or less a trade-off decission. Users of RND or any other Hunger/Thirst Mod do have some kind of emergency Ratio of Food and easy access to Water due the Camp Layout. And if one does not use such Mods, you only have to keep in mind that barrels are bad for storing Artifacts. hehe.
Looks awesome and I will definitely use this after cleaning out the vanilla area!! How about adding a small secret cave area somewhere in the camp accessible via trapdoor or something? Maybe a post for horses to be tied to upon fast travel instead of a stable? The only problem I forsee with this is bad weather if one has frostfall or some realism mods like me. However then I can just use clear skies shout I guess so no biggie. Great looking campsite though. Has everything you need and you can still stay one with nature. I always favored the ranger-like character and I am very pleased that you included plant spots from the Hearthfire DLC. Epic!!
I myself do like the ranger style too, thats why i decided to make Chillwind Camp a Home/Area without Interiors. However i might need to move some exterior stuff to make room for some other ideas i have in mind so chances are good that i will add some interior Cell to it. Maybe as an Addon or a different Version / branch. Post for horses ? Not sure how this could be done. As i wrote this is my very first mod i thought it's probably worth sharing and i am still learning how to CK. I dont use Frostfall myself but understand the Problem you describe. I will take a look at it and see if i can find a workaround. But i guess this might take a while.
