   It's restoration, and with the dual cast perk it can increase your speed with 400% XD (ofcourse depends on mod used for dual casting
   
   Haven't tryed what will happen if you use potions that increase restoration combined with this
   
   Maybe it's an idea to ad it to alteration so the duration get's increased by the perks and not the strength of the spell
   
   Altough it's fun to run around like a cheetah on steroids.
