Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but this is wrecking my game. I'm only trying to do three things with this: * Make Z be the Shout key (which I think it is by default, but it wasn't working in my game for some reason). That worked. * Make my Magic quick access key work like the Inventory quick key (not just from INSIDE the inventory window). That worked. * Remap Sprint to what was the Run key, since I run at all times except when I hit capslock to turn off auto-running, and my Magic key and Sprint key were the same in the vanilla game.
No matter what I do, the Magic menu comes up with both of the latter two keys and I cannot sprint. Worse, if I assign some other game key, e.g. K for Sheathe, pressing that also brings up the Magic menu.
Anyone else had such an issue and figured out how to resolve it?
I can't figure out where it's storing these keymappings; there is no ini file to edit, so I assume it's injecting data directly into the savegame.
PS: My default in MHP, all my key mappings show up as ESC; I'm not sure if that's normal.
Could you add the 's' at the end of Hotkey in the title. Right now this mod won't show up when someone searches 'More Hotkeys Please' because it's missing the 's'. I've had difficulty finding this mod several times and that would really help others find the patch.
Adding the ability to endorse would also help the mod's visibility.
Nope, still having the same issue. I can set a basic auto cast reequip hotkey but when I go to use the spell (Oakflesh) it swaps my OH axe to the spell, starts to cast, doesn't cast, then swaps back to the axe. If I select the spell and cast it manually it casts just fine, plenty of mana to cast Oakflesh. So I dunno, I haven't played since before the Legendary release and only last night did I go though the mod list on NMM and updated everything that had been updated and started a new game. This is the only mod, an essential mod for a mage, that doesn't work, even with this patch. >.<
Hi. I'm using MotionInJoy to use my PS3 controller. I have downloaded the -Controllers and Shout Mouse- control map. When I get into the game, my controller is still fully functional, unlike in the videos.
Something else is even more troubling. I want to use Select to access the journal, and I want to hold it to wait. I've turned off GameKeys in the menu. When I try to set the Select for the journal, the wait menu pops up. I cancel out of that and it accepts the Circle (B on 360) button for the hotkey. What's up with that?
I originally posted this in MHP's thread, but I'm re-posting here in case it's an issue related to this patch (I think it unlikely). Also, I'm growing impatient waiting for a response over there. . .
Thank you! I'm a very competent modder (or at least I'd like ti think so), but I got like 100+ errors trying to recompile these scripts and gave up eventually...
Edit: It occurs to me in writing this that I never tried to validate the CK's cache using Steam, as the CK has been know to shed files for unknown reasons. Naturally, this was my ENTIRE problem... *facepalm*
I learned Oblivion scripting, but just don't really want to learn Papyrus. I saw your post. I got the solution from you. I think I should give you credit for that! Thanks.

The original doesn't work for people who've upgraded to SKSE v1.7.
