good thing follower friendly. The place is a rambling emptiness. No kitchen, no crafting no bathroom to Inogo's dismay no privy. The tent on the tower needs to be raised so it can be utilized. Omce it is finished/ furnished it will be nice and not so "where an I" -ish.
Really nice house , I wanted to ask if you could make an Imperial house, since you´re making houses for roleplay, I've always wanted a house like the ones in solitude, but not inside the city but somewhere near the solitude docks, with many mannequins.
And again, Nice house, it feels more like a place where you would actually live in, instead of the place where you store your stuff before going back to killing dragons.
It's rather difficult to put a house such as the ones in Solitude near the docks, due to its nature. Cramped, and not enough space. However, I managed to make a house in Dragon Bridge, using the Imperial design.

of course, it won't stop me from trying to make a home near the docks.
Squashy is impressed with the house, the transition to the tower was, er, disconcerting..but, all in all, worth it! The only thing Squashy wonders is; why is it FREE? As in, no cost to the player and also, nobody else in all of Skyrim was interested in living here? o~O Is it there a curse on it? Have the 2, (sometimes 3), wolves in the neighborhood kept it protected from lesser wanderers?
I tried adding a deed-seller, but... well, Sells-Many-Deeds was not happy. However, his extra-furry dogs ran there, and occasionally get hungry and eat folk.
Hmm.. maybe there's a curse, of someone who leapt out of the tower, who was also a necromancer.
Little lore yet, but soon it will be in place. And hopefully Sells-Many-Deeds will change his mind.
Nice from what I can tell from the images and description. Might I suggest a picture of the map showing exactly where it is, also a picture of every room in the house for people to see.
I have not DLed it so don't know what all is in the house but if you don't have one. I would recommend a privy and bathtub as well, since it just makes sense houses would have such.
DL'd and endorsed! Haven't found it in-game yet, but I'm endorsing it because I'm already in love!!! And because, well, not to brag, but this WAS my request...hahaha.
