Ok solved problem at least for me, I had to install the Animated Dragon Wings mod regardless of options I chose unless I chose no wings AND no tail. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53271/?
I used to have that problem as well. What I did was download it manually then install it through nexus.
For those of you who don't know how to do that, there should be a green plus button on the top left on Nexus that when pressed it takes you to your download folder. From there you simply select the file that you just downloaded. Afterwards treat it like any other mod you download through nexus and install.
If your game crashes on startup, it means that you're missing a master file. Remember that you need to install Animated Dragon Wings mod first (and Flying Mod if you want to install Flying Mod Addon). Make sure you have those mods before MDDA in your load order.
