i was trying to find out this on the web but coudnt: malukah is the original bard woman singer from skyrim? if it's not, is there a way to have the original singer plus malukah, so i have different bard voices on my game?
    thank you!

No, she isn't. Malukah is a singer who did covers of a few of Skyrim's bard songs and uploaded them to youtube. She also created an original song with a guy who goes by "Miracle of Sound" called Legends of the Frost. That song was created with Bethesda's support and became very popular, drawing attention to her covers and earning her an offer from Bethesda to be on the soundtrack for ESO. Those covers are what are found in this mod.

I think the only way you could have both voices is if you were to edit the mod and pack the original voice clips into it, though I couldn't tell you how to do so since I've never modded myself. Though I'm not entirely sure why you'd want to do that, IMO most of the bard voices in Skyrim are terrible.

The voices for singing in skyrim being terrible is a matter of choice but yes some are adn there's actually a couple I like that sound ok , but yes having those Other would be good too, I dont like a couple this mod provided for female the best and only 2 I like are maluka and 1 other starts with j i think, I cant remember her name but the rest aren't worth using from the bard mod on steam , even the male voice of the mod most dont sound that good specially the ones that sound like they're singing in another lingo !!
Elisa google skyrim voice overs / actors and you might find something there to help you !

So I recently started a new game with this mod included and it appears that the file for Ragnar the Red causes a minor dialogue issue where the next voice clip will begin playing just before the previous one ends, without cutting off the first one. It leaves you with roughly .25 seconds of both clips playing, and half the time the lip synch doesn't match up as a result. Disabling that file fixes the problem, and the others don't cause it.

Would it be possible for you to get "The Sovngarde Song" by miracleofsound?

I'm a little confused. I just came from your other mod page, Bard Songs Overhaul (BSO, where I also left a comment) due to this being on the description page there:

Lip synching now is much much better though not accurate at times (we all know it's not meant for that).
For more accurate LIP SYNCH try my other Mod BardSongsBetter
    available at http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54293/?

So I came here thinking I'd find one esp or the like to fix the lip syncing from BSO, but I only see this here in the file section, regarding lip syncing:

    BSB-Dragonborn Comes (Malukah)
Much Awaited Dragonborn Comes by Malukah with full lip synch.

I want to "patch" your Bard Songs Overhaul mod to fix the lip syncing issues in all BSO songs. Is that possible and if so, what to download here? [It's already way too complicated to be included in the STEP Guide. Any compatibility patches here for lip syncing should be merged into the Better Songs Overhaul main mod archive, for one easy download/install, that solves as many lip syncing issues as possible, if not all of them.]

As I mentioned in the BSO comments that there are also issues with subtitles when using it, which would also have to be addressed, in preferably one easy-to-download and install archive, for it to be considered as part of the STEP:Guide, which would garner a lot more exposure for... I'm not even sure why this mod page exists, given the Bard Songs Overhaul page, which could incorporate all fixes from this page in the main archive there, no?

Hi rex007king, i hope you are still active

I have a question. Does this mod compatible with "Become A Bard" mod or "Playable Instruments" mod? These two mods basically let you to craft some specific intruments (flute, lute, drum) and use these to perform a musical performance or sing some songs. You'll get reward (gold) from the audiences, and it will increase your speech skill (for Playable Instruments) or specific musical skills (for Become A Bard). The songs are from (probably) original songs in the game, plus custom songs if the player want to add his/her own favourite songs. So, are they compatible with this mod?

Malukah's Cover is the Best till now, so for Male bards I changed the voice pitch of Malukahs song.
So now the male bards will be singing Malukahs version but in male voice.

okay yeah I noticed. it sounds odd, but the voice doesn't sound bad at all for the males. good mod really helps. was getting kinda sick of the crummy songs mixed with the good ones. now there's one more good song to listen to in the Inns.

NO the Male Bards will not sing in female voice. LoL , just found that funny.... The Male bards will have a Male voice and will be singing Malukah's Cover. However female bards will be using Malukah's voice as it is.
love malukah and sabrina versions, , But playing a male bard now, and looking for something to soup up the male side for the skyrim songs ..
I also use a bard mod from steam called Become a Bard, which same songs, going to try this out along with using that...

Thanks for confirming, this is just my opinion I am not asking you to change the mod for me but I really don't think it sound very good when the men sing with Malukah voice, I am wondering why you don't use just Edoardo Morelli voice.

I liked Malukah version more, didnt knew before if people will like Edoardo's Cover or not.
Since now you have suggested so, will write one with malukah as female and Edoardo as male singer.
