I am really enjoying this mod however i do have a suggestion to improve this mod. You seem to have used one of the stone quarter homes as a part of the house you implemented. This is causing clipping issues in the grey quarter and does not generally fit the grey quarter atmosphere. If you could remove this large house asset and replace the door frame to have the same structure as all of the other homes in the grey quarter this mod would be 100% perfect.
It's good, I'm on an everlasting quest to make that city bearable, I've found a certain lack of houses for Windhelm.
I'm not sure if this goes against your policy, but could you make a more 'modern' home? Lol. (Maybe just another version that is a little more cosier, I'd do it but 1. I don't want to edit your stuff and 2. I don't know how. ;p
I'm glad you liked it. Ulfric just loves to isolate the Dunmer, and make their lives a pain in the arse. And he's a smart man. And upon all these facts, the backstory was born
It does make sense. I doubt Ulfric'd allow the burial of any 'Grey Quarter Scum' anywhere outside their Quarter, really. I hope to add this in the next week or so, and until then... At least there is something.
