In game lore its TBH not overpowered. Talos can wipe out entire city defenses with a SINGLE shout. Ulfric literally one hit KO'd the High King. And the Grey Beards with that test of theirs would do the same to mere mortals.
Shouts are magical and should be more powerful in a lore sense...but gameplay wise it'd be like boring.
Just for the record, Ulfric, if you speak to him, admits he shouted at the king to knock him over "but it was my sword through his heart that killed him" or something to that effect.
On the plus side, Draugr dungeons are actually slightly difficult now. On the not-plus side, you can wipe the entirety of said Draugr dungeon without using weapons, because this is OP as shit.
actually the energy generated by the shout would be null , and it would simply create a blackhole wich would wuickyl expand and devour the whole universe. because sound cant do that in real life. magix ftw
