After looking into your Mod plugin it took me a while to track down your edits, I found the errors straight away, It seems you have ripped this armor from another person? Or maybe just the textures, Since the armor pieces are looking for the meshes and textures in: armor\Nordic Avengers\Ironman\ And you set the mod up as Armor\Ironman, which is why the armor appears invisible to everyone. A simple fix. - Also, you did not include the correct files for the alternative Helmet so that will remain invisible until dealt with.
EDIT: Also, the mod crashes when you tell the follower to part ways. - I'm currently in the process of making a version with just the Armor, no follower.
If you read the description you can get a second set which he carries I no longer have this mod as I made this when I first started making mods and to reply to bevanz I made the textures for the Nordic armour myself its just a simple texture so if there in the wrong file locations I apologize as I wasn't very good at folder allocation back then.
I've got the Invisible issue also. I'm currently making a fresh plugin with the textures and meshes to make this work, I've noticed that the Ironman helmet mesh is empty though, but all other files are fine so you may want to look into that, Wanoo99. I'll post here if I get it working with my own plugin file.
Sorry for the delay, this mod is male only and only fits ELVES or HUMANS, also try changing your body size as i built it using the (malebody_1). You must have DAWNGUARD and DRAGONBORN DLC's for this to work.
I have seen plenty of retextures and armors made with vanilla resources but you sir, you win the Nexus. Best armor retexture I have seen on the Skyrim Nexus thus far.
