This is a modders resource. If you don't know how to use modders resources, have a look at this tutorial:
    http://tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/topic/5460-skyrim-workshop-using-modders-resources/

The demo is only to show you how some of the buildings look in the game, it is not a usable mod. The navmesh of the area has not been worked on and there are no interiors (except the unfurnished and undecorated Treasury and Chapel).

They look a lot like Age Of Empires buildings, nice mod.

Okay, this might be a strange request, but can I use this in Fallout 4?

Uploaded a couple of screenies of my WIP Azura's Dawn Mansion to show the extreme potential of these resources. I want to build a real castle in the future too with these, but then again, I use this resource pack very frequently in all I do. I couldn't live without it.

Thank you again for the screenies my friend - and for the great work on Azura's Watch and Azura's Dawn mansion.

Someone should replace all the buildings in Falkreath with these!

In Oblivion's Castle Seaview, interior walls would generally have a lower half made of wood, as seen in images ConstructionSet05 and 10 in the Oblivion Screenshots file. The wall meshes I've looked at included in the resource do not have this wooden portion, so I'm supposing that it's a separate mesh, but if it's included in the resource than I cannot find it. Could it be a mesh from vanilla Oblivion that you obviously can't include for legal reasons, or am I simply not looking hard enough?

Meshes from the original that you cannot find in the converted Skyrim resource are vanilla Oblivion objects and may not be converted to other games.
I even had to split and/or replace some nifs that are a combination of vanilla and custom meshes.

Ah, shame. I suppose that you know what exact mesh I was talking about. Can you recommend any alternatives to it that I could use, one that may be found in other modder's resources or the vanilla game itself?

I think I know what you mean. What may work for this is a retextured Whiterun Temple Walldivider, you can pull it half down and should have something similar to the one in the screenshots:
