Even though I had a backup copy, and was at no risk of losing the mod, I must thank you for reactivating the mod page. This is truly a gem on the Nexus. It needs no future support. It will simply continue to make our lives better.
Though there are other spear animation mods, this is still my preferred one. The only problem is that most of the people who make mod spears and polearms make them too long to look right. To go best with these animations, you need a short, Naginata/Glaive-like weapon that's not a lot longer than one of the axes. The vanilla Glass Battleasxe, the Ancient Aedra Weapons set polearms, and a few other mods actually get this right.
Just a heads up, it's working with SSE though requires a little trick. Btw the author did not put any permission so I don't know if I'm allowed to upload the fixed files.
I managed to install "Enhanced Animation" by L0rdOfWar, but for some reason when I try install this mod's 3 animation files on its own or merge them with Enhanced Animation's, it just won't work. This ought to be a very simple installation procedure - literally drag and drop - but it just isn't working.
