I have 2 problems. 1. I want to change remove the increased jump height i did the Xedit thing but nothing changed. 2. my wings are in a T-pose animation all the time.
You can easily decrease / increase jump height using xEdit.
NOTE: Before editing any ESP, make sure to backup the ESP first, then edit it, and if your changes are not satisfactory to you, restore just the ESP, and try editing it again with new values.

The setting is found on the right side of the screen:
FLTV - Value-> 76.000000
This value is referenced by all 11 of the Potions you make, so this is indeed the value you need to adjust.
Try a value of 38.000000 to reduce jump height by 50%.
I use a controller and whenever I sprint or crouch or anything it makes my controller vibrate almost constantly, it's gotten kind of annoying after just a few minutes of playing, is there any way to fix this at all??
If you use xEdit, you can open the mod and there is a section for you to look at, called:
NOTE: Before editing any ESP, make sure to backup the ESP first, then edit it, and if your changes are not satisfactory to you, restore just the ESP, and try editing it again with new values.
Sound Descriptor (on the left side of the screen)
I do not use a controller, so I cannot edit this section without having a controller to confirm the settings, is why I am pointing you there. :)
How can I adjust the wing placement? They are too far up the shoulders to me. I've tried both moving the mesh and editing the skeleton, but neither caused them to change position in game...
From the Ultimate version's comment section: "I tried adjusting it using NifSkope's "Skeleton" NiNode block, but I didn't notice any changes in the game.... The correct answer is to lower it more than necessary!!!"
Move the bone down like double how far down you think it should be.
I've used this mod since it came out 7+ years ago, and wouldn't play without it since it offers (1) enhanced jump height, (2) immunity from fall damage, and (3) fun visual effects.
Enhanced jump height is tactical, where you can jump up and land behind melee opponents before they can react, in many situations. Zero fall damage is strategic, where I can jump off high locations, for example jumping off High Hrothgar and landing (more or less) near Riverwood, a great time saver. And if neither of those are appealing, the animations (when sneaking, or sprinting on foot or on your horse) are fun.
The key point is, you need dragonscales and dragon bone, plus other ingredients if you want to match your preferred armor colors, to craft the potion to get the wings. So you have to finish Dragon Rising (or otherwise obtain both ingredients) to be able to craft the potion(s) at a cooking station. It's a thing we call immersion. If you're lazy, or on your 100+ playthrough of the game, I won't judge: try ~ then "help mutagen 4" followed by "player additem <id # of the wing color you want>".
This mod by itself doesn't let you fly but the mod description will point you to a couple of mods that add that, and complement this mod if that capability is important to you.
So Im using this mod, the flying mod, and the more draconic dragon aspect. Not sure if it's from this mod or another one, but the wings on the Draconic Aspect are static. There's no animation to them at all. I've yet to try the wing potion but if they are the same, there's an issue with this mod.
Read through a few pages of these posts. Some one mentioned this very thing. THey didn't realize they where using the wrong mod to get some result. when they realized the control was in a different mod it worked.

Didn't receive any such ability. Nothing.
You need an alchemy table
