Edited my post because i fixed some things, but I still cant load the preset you provided. I manually installed both the savegame and preset and none are present in the game. What could I be doing wrong?
You can get the "femalehead_msn" from mods like SG Renewal or Women of Skyrim and the normal maps is from "Barbarian and Milkdrinker Skin UNP and UNPB" I think its femalebody_1_msn.dds file from the barbarian skin option. You have to download these files manually so you can look for the individual files. Hope I helped you a bit.
Can you export her data and make it available for download? This would allow CK users to make their own followers with her presets, even if they're not using all of her mods.
If someone can make a complete as-is, stand alone follower, I think many would download her.
