   I have a quick question, what do you need to create or mod spells ? How do you do it ?

      you get the creation kit from steam and from there you go and edit in the magic section. You must create a spell, then a spell tome for it. Here's the vid I watched and learned how to create spells from. Hope it helps you like it helped me! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=414bAQy1xWg
