   Will this work even though I might not use all of the functions/plugins yet? Or will Mod Organizer modify SKSE as I install mods?

   Please don't take this as a criticism as I'm only trying to help. I'd remove the link on your main Description page under "other mods" that's written in Russian. I'm no moderator so it of course means nothing coming from me. I just know outside linking on a Nexus page is not allowed. Best of luck with your mod.

   You also should change the name of your file, because it isn't anymore "Plus Plugins".

      It's redundant it just makes sure SKSE loads. Like if you readnamed TESV.ese to TESV5.exe it would say "RuntimeName=TESV5.exe"

      Not that I know of you will have to read the original mods readme the plugin won't do anything anyway unless you have the base mod.
