   So far I only see a flaw in that the starting attributes are too high to be balanced, also there is no vampire compatibility. Otherwise I like it.

   It's not really op in my view, but then again I changed a high level character's race to test it so it might be more powerful as a starter. I'd suggest you replace some of the powers with starting word shouts, it may improve performance. Also, the eyes and horns don't seem to work, that could just be me though.
