well he was asking for the name of the spell, it has a English name in-game dont it? its easier to get people to do this instead: open the console command window type "help "spellname"" then type "Player.AddSpell "spellcode you got from the last line""
that way you will get the right spell code no matter where it is in the load order....... not that i have tried this mod yet in shape or form (stumbled on it over at the Fair Skin Mod)

Can not describe about Load Order and Elder Scrolls Plugin.
Could you please search in Google?

Spell name is "Room of Magic" and "Room of Magic NPC".
I can found "spell name" to "help room".
Is this meant to be a fast travel to Dragon's Reach, or just to this single sealed room for making screen shots?
