Please read the description and F.A.Q. thoroughly before you come here with any questions, complaints, or whatnot. If your inquiry is something I've explained there, I will most likely not bother replying, but I may simply tell you "read the description" or "read the F.A.Q.", and possibly scowl at you in my head. I'm writing that here so I can copy-paste it if needed.

Enjoy! Please upload your screenshots, the image section is not moderated. If you find any problems or issues not covered in the description and F.A.Q., please let me know!

It's like Croft Manor except you're not locking an old guy in a freezer

First of all I just want to say that this mod is awesome! The only issue I have is that when I leave grass seems to be floating around. I think I'm missing something or I have a conflicting mod. Any help would be appreciated.

This seems to convert to SE OK if you run the meshes and textures through a conversion process

Really well crafted home and area - real holiday getaway.

I have a glitch that I don't see any references to in other posts. Returning to Solitude Docks and up to Solitude to unload some loot, Radiant Raiment (don't like) and Sayma's (do like) have flooring of beach grass (heavy tufted stuff). Uninstalled Waterstone, and it was gone. LOOT load ordered,

Any suggestions - other than get used to it?.

Ok this might be a little lengthy comment. I really like the Oblivionesque features of the house itself and the fact it uses its own worldpsace.

But some generic bugs crept up, or issues, and also some general critique/opinion.

Starting off, the boat teleporter is a little annoying to get to. Well it's just a swim away, and this way it doesn't interfere with Solitude dock remakes probably, but still.
It works on the Solitude side, visually, but once you arrive at the manor itself, that massive ship just ruins a little bit of the scenery. I don't know what the distance is supposed to be, but a smaller boat would have looked better IMO. Also, the map for the worldspace isn't centered.

The beach clutter - towels, umbrellas - clash with the rest of the area. Doesn't look like Skyrim or Oblivion. Likewise the apiary mesh and texture, though nice, feels a little out of place. And finally for the exterior, the lighthouse, which sadly can't be approached, looked a little misplaced.

On the inside I ran into some bugs, some due to just Skyrim being Skyrim. I had two followers with me, a dog and humanoid. Dog got stuck in the basement and didn't teleport along. Well it fixed itself and seemed like a generic vanilla bug. Basement otherwise looks good.
Elevator for between floors transportation felt a little weird. Yes, dwemer have them but they're pretty simple by comparison with just a lever, the button use felt a little modern.
I ran into another bug in the armory, again due to vanilla issues. One mannequin didn't feel like standing at its location and was close to the entry into the armory - so, its collisionbox prevented me from entering. I eventually got in, but bug or not, that doorway could be a little wider anyway. Similarly, the doorway into your own bathroom was a little narrow too and I had problems getting inside.
Speaking of the bathroom, that washtub mesh for the bath I thought could have been different. Bigger and with stairs - invisible or not, for entry. Jumping into the tub felt a little off. I thought the shower in the servants quarters worked better.

And speaking of servants. They're all elves! Mostly. Yeah I read the FAQ. I also spotted a thalmor tapestry. What's going on here?

And hmmm, I guess a different mesh could have been used for the dragon claw storage than bookcase I think it was. No point in using a script when a container works fine, but yeah, just a different object maybe.
Oh yeah, and the smelter outside. I'm not sure that could melt metal very effectively.

You you have play to oblivion i'm pretty sure. This house is really oblivion style it's really rare it's sad a lot of house from oblivion was greats and original. Your house is warm and cozy, far from skyrim is also a great idea but it's a little too small for me and i have childs so... If i made a new game maybe...
