Hey, I'm hoping that someone still reads these. HELP! I've installed this mod, intending to use Pheonix's Multiple Adoption mod, however, I tried talking to an orphan and it didn't bring up the, "Yes, I have a home for you" dialog. I currently have all modded adoptable kids though. How do I resolve this issue?
I don't seem to have the "Bless home" spell in my inventory, but I'm running SSE, which should have Hearthfire already? Or is that the Mutli-Adopt mod spell? Also, thank you for helping me with this, I appreciate your time.
Edit: I have found the problem, crisis averted. It was those pesky Plug-ins
Can anyone tell me how to access the basement? I have been through the Guest House and the Manor several times, and I can't find a door, a trapdoor, or a curtain to go through.
I'm not able to adopt kids into this house- I can adopt the first kid, but they never move from that spot where i adopted them. When I try to move kids from a vanilla or dlc home to this one, they go outside the old home and just stand there. When I try to adopt another kid after that, dialogue just cuts off before I can say I have a place for them to live.
Someone said they were able to fix a similar bug with the spouse by disabling the bathhouse, but I don't have that mod... Do I need to buy breezehome first?
Issue I was wondering if the author or anyone else that encountered it has an answer.
I do not mod so excuse the language. On the covered dock outside there seems to be an invisible object that ranges from the first rug you encounter down the length of the dock. Just left of center. This object isn't very high and a lot of the times I skip directly over it. Other times I run in place. Followers continuously get stuck however.
I opened up Creation Kit just to see what was there and I cannot visibly see anything that would cause this issue.
I even ran the game with only this mod and the same thing occurred. So you guys would know more than I.
Okay, so I believe the issue is because the dock, is basically the lumber mill converted. Just without the parts added onto it. The problem seems to be that the collision geometry still exists. And that is where the logs would typically reside.
I am assuming the "lumbermill01" mesh can be edited via 3dMax, blender, ect, but I have no knowledge of these programs.
If anyone has already done so, please share. Appreciate it.
Yes, I have experienced that little inviable thing at the rug there but also near the pathway lights, there is a small patch of ground where I could see right thru a crack into space, so using JP i shoved a nearby tree into it , and have it still look natural ground, just having niggly issues with kids seem to get stuck at the kids training mannequin down stairs, until I move them with jp, even caught one of the girls lying side on in mid air down there, O.o , I just use their id and move to in their bedroom to get back into bed .. temporary measure !!

Love your house and this is by far my favorite home in all of the game. I'm sure glad that your still keeping up with it and your other mods. So I take it your still playing skyrim? There's a new mod out there called Molag Bal's Inferno by Association of Radical Skyrim Engineers or ARSE I just got through running through it for the first time. Now there are 3 figurines for which I was wondering if there was any way for which you could add a display for them?
Ha! Got a laugh at that one, nice mod author's name ;-)
You wouldn't happen to have a link to share please?

Hello. Is this safe to add to an existing play through? I'm nearly finished with all the missions and story now and have run out of things to do. I'm looking at content like this to add that hopefully doesn't alter too much with heavy scripts. I'm ignorant in that part of modding but would this be safe to add in your opinion? Thanks for any information you can provide. IF I don't install it now I will definitely try on my next play through!
I love this house and I think it's perfect, but I'm having a little trouble with Sid. I'm not at a high enough level yet to craft/buy deadric weapons so I saved and took Sid's daedric bow to try out and then went back to an old save so he would have it. However, now he uses a hunting bow even if I go back to older saves. Is there anyway to fix this? I would just take the bow for myself but I'm only level 30 and I would rather wait until I'm at a high enough level where I can easily acquire daedric items.

All your other houses are purchasable but this one looks "free". Or did I just not find the sale sign?
Thank you.
