what the heck to each of those who just posted hate stuff, give the guy a break, we all deserve on as modders... even non modders deserve some slack. ok, i'm done ranting... i wanted to say i really like your mod, and i hope i can help with ideas ive been brewing over... (lol, its skyrim... hows a good brew not out of place... lol)
-first, i think that you should make the three differant armor types, daedric, elven and leather something harkoning back to the days of oblivion. i say this due to the obvious name "Black Hand" being the name of the dark brotherhood ruling body, make the armors look and feel like the robes worn by that order.
-why not try to center this mod around the restoration of that long forgotten order. it was long rumered to have been destroyed with cerodiil's branch of the brotherhood's near destruction... and seeing that they have...
spoilers: for those who dont want to know what happens storywise in the dark brotherhood dont read on... for those who do, keep on reading, i warned ya...
...regained listener (the head of the black hand's 5 member ruling elite) he or she would likely wish to restore the old order to it's former place of power and status. the restoration of the black hand may be gained through a short series of quests that the night mother gives the player after the main story quests are done... and as such the dark brotherhood (ie the listener) may go about tracking down the heirs of the old cerodiil members... (like the possable decendent of Lucian Lechance, the long forgotten decendent of the the former listener ungolim, or a direct decendent of a famed argonian dark sister ochiva. no matter what, the four speakers must be brought into the reformed black hand, two can be, once gathered, sent to special locations around the two sanctuarys. (heck you could even restore the old sanctuary and have new members fill it who are overseen by your chosen speaker. the the other three could serve the listener in in his own personal lair.
-why not add a centeral headquarters of the black hand, it could serve as a center of dark brotherhood ruling power and also function as the listener's personal abode. i say base it off dawnguard's castle volkihar, and instead of it being filled with vampire goodies, fill it with assassin goodies. yes, make the main hall not full of weird tables filled with cattle and silver plates/cups... use the round table of high hrothgar as the centerpiece of which the servents and speakers alike can use at will. full of brotherhood banners and brotherhood misc. make an armory fit for the listener's uses. have special networks of tunnels accessable via secret enterences, full of goodies, like respawnable loot coffins, good many goodies, even brotherhood banners. make a master library, filled with copies of every dark brotherhood, morag tong, sithis, and night mother related books found in skyrim and solstheim. make the night mother's sanctum, a location fit for the listener to commune with the night mother... make it like the nightengale hall chamber, but put the hand symbol on the floor and put only one ramp/dais. make it so that once the player walkes onto the platform he gets the same radiant quests he can get at the sanctuary. make a temple of sithis which harkons back to the oblivion add-on vile lair, complete with a shrine to sithis that gives a more powerful blessing than the nocturnal shrine. finaly, make the listener's chambers, full of black hand banners, a torture room, a slave cell, a master-bedroom, a study, a living room and a personal portal to and from the dawnstar sanctuary.

Are you sure, bro? It looks like the textures were ripped straight from the Royal Daedric mod and colored over a bit. For your own protection, I'd probably add some type of proof as to how you did the textures and what not. Just my 2 cents, not trying to be a jerk.
