Sadly, I could not implement some of the requested changes. I made 2 more versions setting Weapon Adjust to 2.0 and 3.0 respectively and they do nothing different from the 4.0 version, it's almost as if the values can either be default or maxed out but not anything in between, I'm not great at this but had to give up after a while.
However I did add a couple new features that I hope help, there is a ring that you can install if you wish (also keeps it at a single esp) that adds the effect when equipped, should be nice for those that just want to have the effect when wearing certain armors (see the main page for use instructions). I also made a Daedric only version as I liked that idea. I thought having a circlet and amulet that do the same would be cool and give more options but neither of those would apply the effect properly. I think there is more going on with slots and equipment here than I understand, or have time to understand currently.
Sorry I can't do more, I wouldn't know how to fix the incompatibilities with other mods but if anyone else wants to give it a shot please go right ahead.
Hey, I've updated the description with better directions for this and have copied them here as well, hopefully this makes it clearer:
Directions To Get The Ring:
1) Open the console by pressing the "~" key 2) type in "help MWA" without the quotes and press enter 3) A list of items that match "MWA" will appear, next to each is an item ID, these look like "012345ABC" or similar, write down the item ID next to the MWA Ring entry 4) Type in the command with the item ID you wrote in previous step "player.additem 012345ABC 1" without the quotes (remember to write in your item ID instead of my example as it will be different. 5) Provided the command was right, the "MWA Ring" should be added to your inventory.
Thanks for bringing this up, I was considering this. I'm just not sure what tool to use or if the licenses of such tools allow me to release the merge after (I'm only very basic at these things).
This for instance looks like it can do the job, and probably has a license allowing use (I need to RTM to be sure though): https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69905
I'm thinking of the following combos once I figure out the how:
1) Skyrim + Dawnguard + Dragonborn Merged Version 2) Daedric Only + Ring Merged Version (Allowing Daedric without the ring and others with the ring)
Anything else wouldn't make sense in my mind but I'd be open to suggestion anyway. I'm not sure if a Skyrim + Dawnguard or Skyrim + Dragonborn only version would be desired either though probably wouldn't be much trouble.
Sorry I didn't reply to all your comments, questions and suggestions, I'm currently updating this mod to remove all the NSFW screenshots, links, etc as I think it's unnecessary to keep them that way. I've redacted some of my posts to reflect this as I remove anything that would put the mod in that category. Quite simply it doesn't have to have these restrictions and might help more people if it doesn't.
I've read some of the comments and questions and although I'm sure by now this mod is old enough that the work may go unnoticed I do like some of them and may try to address things that are within my capability, assuming I can get the mod cleaned up first.
Hi, Great mod, thanks for it. Would it be possible to make adjustment only for daedric armor? That way the changes would be only on my character and not on NPCs (unles they wear daedric...)
Edit: I managed to make it myself, I just needed to open it in TES5Edit and delete everything except daedric...
*Warning* Removes underwear from ChronoTrigger77's Remodeled Armor for CBBE Bodyslide HDT. Would be great to receive a patch that changes the armor slot. Thanks.
That could easily be done in xEdit, but you'll need to know what slots are empty/available. Checking the armor(s) in xEdit will show what slots are used by the armor(s).
