   why can't the mod be installed via NMM?

      well it can, however he created the mod files so that way it is only manually possible. what he should have done was inside the zip it should have been "data/video/(file)" then it would work with nmm. the .bik would still need to be renamed "BGS_Logo.bik" before nmm installation, but then it would work fine! (hint hint, mod creator)

      You can check if the special edition still uses a bik video. If it does then this will work. This isn't really a "game mod" anyway, it's just replacing the video file for the intro video. You can get a converter and use any video for the Skyrim intro anyway. If the SE edition is still in bik format, just download this and slap it in. It's not mod manager compatible anyway.

   i installed it but everytime it plays the video and closes never showing the menu any ideas whats wrong

      It only showed the 5 main cities. It left out Morthal, Dawnstar, Falkreath and Winterhold.

   Whenever it try to add this to the NMM from my files, it says "BGS_Logo can't be loaded" what am i doing wrong?

      It's not NMM compatible. You have to install it manually. Look at instructions in post.

    is there a way to make this mod be in the background of the main menu like in oblivion or make it be in the loading screens cause that would be really cool
